Unrecorded decisions cost more than the meeting.
Decisions get remembered differently, actions go unowned and the follow-up never gets written. Fixing that shouldn't mean adding a vendor, a licence and a copy of your conversations outside your control.
If Faa can't quote it, it doesn't claim it.
Every decision is marked Decided, Leaning or Parked, with the exact quote, the speaker and the timestamp behind it.
Each record opens with a 60-second read: what's for you, the headline, then three bullets. Ask a question the meeting never covered and Faa says so, rather than guessing.
Your tenant. Your controls.
Faa adds no new place for your meetings to live. It runs inside your own Azure and Microsoft 365 tenant, so your existing identity, access, retention and audit controls apply. Records are stored in your SharePoint. Analysis runs on Azure OpenAI models validated by Momentum Solvers, deployed in your own subscription. Azure OpenAI does not use your prompts or outputs to train models.
- —Azure OpenAI models validated by Momentum Solvers, deployed in your own subscription
- —Access follows your Entra ID permissions — people see only their own meetings
- —Confidential mode enforced in code, not by a prompt
- —Opt-in capture; your organisation controls retention, audit and deletion
One boundary: yours.
From transcript to governed record — automatically.
The email people actually read.
The headline first, then three lines, then the full evidence-backed record. Every decision keeps its quote and timestamp, and each attendee sees what is theirs to do.
Actions don't stop at the record.
The organiser sends actions to Planner in one step, each with its owner and due date. Nothing is created without the organiser, and Faa reminds owners with a daily digest, up to 3 reminders per task.
- —Owners get one daily reminder digest, at most 3 reminders per task. They can switch reminders off.
- —Actions the organiser doesn't send expire after 7 days, with one email the day before.
- —The Follow-through view shows how many actions were done on time.
- —Confidential meetings never go to Planner.
- —Planner starts in Watch only until an admin turns it on.
Arabic, right to left, not a translation layer.
The whole interface is in Arabic: the app, the meeting tab, the side panel and Admin. Everything Faa sends follows the language of the record.
- —Emails, Teams cards, the Word file and Planner task text follow the record's language
- —Records can be dual-language
- —Each record shows the language the meeting was held in
- —Faa warns when Teams transcribed the meeting in the wrong language
Controls you can inspect, not just trust.
Different answer to the same meeting.
Compiled from public vendor pages and published list prices, October 2026; re-check before relying on them. Features, languages and prices change, so check the vendor's current page. "Not found in documentation" means we did not find the feature in the documentation we checked; it is not a claim that it doesn't exist. Note-taker column describes Otter and Fireflies. Copilot’s Planner sync is in public preview and needs the organiser to accept it. Confidential-mode and per-decision quote details are covered in the Faa sections above.
Start with one team. Judge the records yourself.
As with most enterprise software in the region, Faa is not sold from a rate card. Momentum Solvers agrees terms with each organisation, based on the number of people in scope, meeting volume, languages and rollout, so the agreement fits how you will actually use it. AI usage is billed by Azure, to you.
